Effective date: 15 September 2026 These Terms govern use of the Tarafabbs website and purchases from Tarafabbs. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the policies linked at checkout. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. PRODUCTS AND HANDCRAFT We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen settings, lighting and the handmade or hand-painted nature of a piece may cause minor variations in colour, brushwork, weave, placement or finish. Such natural variations are part of the character of handcrafted products and are not automatically defects. Material differences from the description remain covered by applicable consumer rights. PRICING AND PAYMENT Prices are displayed in the currency shown and include or separately disclose applicable taxes and compulsory charges at checkout. The final payable amount shown before payment is authoritative for that order. Offers are subject to their stated eligibility, validity, stock and usage limits and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed. Payments are processed through available third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. ORDERS Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment/eligible COD is verified and Tarafabbs confirms the order. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, failed verification, suspected fraud, serviceability limits, legal restrictions or an obvious pricing/content error. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will initiate the applicable refund. ACCOUNTS You are responsible for accurate information, safeguarding sign-in credentials and activity under your account. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or comply with law. DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND RETURNS The Shipping & Delivery, Cancellation, and Returns & Exchanges policies form part of these Terms. Product-specific customisation or pre-order conditions disclosed before purchase also apply. ACCEPTABLE USE Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape at a harmful scale, submit unlawful or misleading content, impersonate another person, or use Tarafabbs intellectual property without permission. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Tarafabbs name, logo, product artwork, KARUKALAM™, photographs, text, graphics and site design are owned by or licensed to Tarafabbs. Personal browsing and purchasing do not transfer intellectual-property rights. LIABILITY Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, Tarafabbs is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. Any responsibility for a claim will be assessed under applicable law and the facts of the order. GOVERNING LAW AND RESOLUTION These Terms are governed by the laws of India. This does not prevent a consumer from using the National Consumer Helpline, an appropriate Consumer Commission, or any other remedy or jurisdiction available under applicable law. CHANGES AND CONTACT We may update these Terms prospectively. The version in force when an order is placed generally governs that order unless law requires otherwise.
